I was surprised to see the low ratings here. In my experience, even with the long line, the staff managed orders quickly and accurately. The prices weren't overly high. The food was typical A&W – nothing exceptional.

The vegan burger is too good 😊

Insane upset stomach after eating. Bought it at 1:00 am.

slow service, “cooks” not wearing gloves while preparing food, tasteless food, no salad on the menu (not even coleslaw), servers don’t speak english, serving a pathetic excuse for a burger (“chicken”, mayo and lettuce)

Crew members doesn't know what costumer service and gloves is.

No gloves after taking orders , the crew went to make orders without even washing the hands. And it took so long to serve. Waited long to order and waited much more longer for the food.

Not one person wearing gloves, got a veggie version of the double mozza, apparently that doesn't come with cheese (it says Mozza in the name). After showing the staff 2 people proceeded to literally stick their fingers in my food and poke around. Then slapped a piece of cheese and returned the burger to me. You guys should honestly be closed down for not even trying to follow interior health regulations in the state. $22 for food in the bin.
