The lady was charging me extra for Jalapeno sauce when every other location gives it to me for free and they don’t take employee discounts for Mississauga employees. unnecessarily had an attitude Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burger

The staff at this location are hard working and kind. The food was fresh, the fries tasted freshly peeled. On another note I personally witnessed an extremely rude individual (March 11th) being demeaning, raising his voice to the staff who were trying to help him. The supervisor on duty remained calm and professional regardless of this individuals rude aggressive behaviour towards her. I want to commend this staff for their professionalism despite being under pressure.
