Anjii handed me my food with the top of the bag rolled over, smiled and said her farewell. I opened the burger and saw a long strand of hair sticking out on both sides. I returned a little while ago to ask who made the burger. Rajmir, the "manager", along with anjii both pretended they had no idea who made the burger. Definitely a couple of people who have no respect for the a and w brand. The older caucasian lady who works around noon is always professional I must say.
Great food but if you can get a deal it's really worth it.
This A & W is strictly a drive-thru so atmosphere is a funny question. Lol. The food we ordered came quickly and was warm. My burger was really 'thrown together' but... both our burgers tasted like we expect from an A&W. Prices are higher but that seems to be everywhere. Recommend and will go back.
Went through the drive-thru as we were headed out of town for medical appointments in Calgary as a quick bite to avoid extra stops on the way. The crunchy chicken burger was great, I really appreciated that the worker actually listened and avoided any mayo (an allergy that many disregard when we say it is an allergy leading to me usually not being able to eat out very often). Only real complaint was the very wilted lettuce. It was a teeny piece of lettuce and was nearly soggy it was so wilted. Everything else was great that we ordered though.
