worst costumer service rude behaviour
the workers were very rude when i went in. i have a gluten allergy so i have to get lettuce wrapped burgers. when i asked the person on cash to make note i had the allergy and to ask the kitchen to wipe down the counter before making my order, i got stared at like i was stupid and then she rolled her eyes she went back to the kitchen. the person who was bagging the orders was on her phone the whole time while orders where sitting in the chute.
If there would be zero stars thats what they deserve in service . Poor management didn’t even ask me properly neither gave me receipt or order number busy in their phones .
Worst ever onion rings I have ever seen
Holy moly what an experience. The guy working at the counter tonight was screaming into the kitchen through the food window and flailing his arms wildly. I put my order through online yet when I came to the counter for pickup they had no record because they never put the order in on their end. So, I mean, kinda defeats the purpose on online ordering if I have to remind them to make the order and wait around but at least I got a show from the staff yelling at anything that moved. All in all do I trust the food they threw together? No. Did I eat it? Yes. But I’ve learned my lesson.
The employees at the counter don't know how to serve customers, they were very rude, they even snatched the money from my hands before I gave it to them, and they threw my order on the counter, if you want to enjoy eating don't come here, apparently they do not know how to choose their employees well.
For context, I've ordered from here at least 15 times. Don't know what A&W itself does to help, but the workers here are amazing. They are fun, patient, and compassionate. I have only ever had a good experience here. Food is accurate and yummy. While working at such a busy (probably stressful) location, the staff still manages to be kind and fun. Grateful to work in the same mall with these guys :)
This place gave me food poisoning. Stay away.
