Food was a hit and miss burgers were ok fries were gross and onion rings were burnt the oil vats need to be cleaned, service was slow and they don’t like to give you your drinks with your food then when you get the food if it’s wrong they give you major attitude like it’s your fault it was made wrong

This was at the Enroute 400 near BARRIE. Prices slightly inflated.

You will pay high to get horrible service

I had to give this a couple tried cuz you would think one hic up/mistake won't continuously happen right? Unfortunately every time I've ordered food from this location on my travels, somehow my order would be missing something or poorly put together. I saw the cashier put in everythig correctly but it seems like the employees prepping the food isn't paying attention or doesn't care. Even when it's not busy they still seem to mess it up.

Worst service. No smiles. It looked like they must have been running out of the sauce they give with the sweet potato fries because it was the smallest amount I've ever been given at any A&W location I've ever been at. No cares given when I asked for more because the amount was so little. The onion on my Momma burger was ridiculous. Huge choppy chunks. Don't order from the OnRoute location! Spend your money elsewhere! I would post pictures but that's not an option.
