Delicious reasonably priced Greek food.

Really enjoyed this place. Food was great, fresh, and delicious. Portions were a decent size as well. Excited to go back and try other things.

Amazing food!! I don’t like lamb but I’ll eat the lamb from this cozy and chill restaurant. The best gyro!!

I ordered a large Greek salad, 1 chk skewer and 1 falafel for pick up but not be going back to Avlee in spite of their friendly manner: My take out food was overpriced $48 (including 15 percent tip)and poor quality ingredients. The chicken skewer had a very small amount of meat, poor quality and pink inside. I presume rushed cooking for take out orders might be at fault here? I would have sent it back if we were eating in. The large size $20 Greek salad was wilted, over-chopped romaine that isn’t worth $20. Very disappointing but really friendly people.

The gyro here is amazing the best I've had in NYC. It's my 3rd time having gyros at this establishment. I'm always very pleased. I have some dietary restrictions and they are so polite and accommodated to my needs.... make sure you ask for some lemon oil on the side.... Thank you guys ! I must try some other dishes on there menu!
