avec, located in Chicago's West Loop, has long been a Chicago favorite for over 17 years. avec is the second concept from celebrated One Off Hospitality and has received multiple nominations as well as two James Beard Foundation awards for "Best Restaurant Design" and "Best Chef: Great Lakes." The menu from Chef de Cuisine, Dylan Patel, highlights inventive small and large plates drawing inspiration from Mediterranean classics while the wine list, curated by Sommelier and Owner, Eduard Seitan, remains at the concept's core with a focus on the sun-drenched regions of the Mediterranean.
