Every time I come to the auntie annes in Warrington:inside Walmart the lady is very rude. They NEVER have any cinnamon pretzels, and refuse to make any . This is horrible customer service and not a way to run a business. Now I have to go home and let my kids know they won’t be getting what they wanted. Drove here for nothing !!! It’s 3:30 by the way , not like it’s 8 pm. Pure laziness . Edit / update . I had to drive to the one in Warminster during school zone traffic and they didn’t have any either, but he was happy to make one. He literally took a plan pretzel 🥨 dipped in butter and cinnamon, took him about a whole 10 seconds max. Something she could have easily done since she had a whole row of plain pretzels. I was the only customer at both locations at the time of service !! Again was 3:30 in the afternoon, not 8 or 9pm. This isn’t the first time she has been rude, another time she told me she didn’t know how to make a cinnamon pretzel, after watching the other location make it today I know she just didn’t want to, again pure laziness. . They should just shut the Warrington location down since they don’t know how to run it properly!

I had called in a semi-lager order. It was ready in 15-minutes. The manager was so glad for calling in the order, that he gave us two extra pretzels for free. The order had specific instructions and everything was packed as requested. We shall continue to order from this place. The people running this place are kind and caring. Thanks.
