Auntie Anne’s is the best Pretzel Store I’ve seen in my life. I love the cinnamon pretzels and I did try the pepperoni pretzel and it was delicious! I tried the confetti pretzel and it was super delicious!

I had got a order of mini dogs, i take bit of one and it’s raw dough. i go back up to register and let them know and she tells me “that’s how they are.” all the times i’ve gotten them they’re never like that and fully cooked. i didn’t receive my money back either

Never again will I go there burnt Cinnamon nuggets and I paid 5.50 worst ever when I work in dover mall they are the best when I work here in Salisbury mall I’ll get nothing there

The pretzel is burn. One of there crew playing the dough yesterday, she punch it .

Worst business ever! They literally take your money online and when you go get your order tell you they don't have mobile ordering and will do nothing about it. No refund and no order!

Waited in line for 15 minutes get to register to place order what I want was cooking said it be done in 5 minutes and i couldnt order id but I'd have to get back in long line..for what me to get back to register and they be out again.. horrible customer service..don't deserve 1 star

Twice I went there, I was unsatisfied with the food however during my last visit the pretzels were nice and hot. They have friendly staff and the kiosk and other location in the mall are both pretty clean

Mangers just let customers talk to their employees any kind of way and just sit there and watch it happen don't ever eat there.

Extremely rude servers for absolutely no reason and then followed me to another section of the food court to make sure i didn’t write a bad review because of how taken aback i was at the pure rudness and attitude for no reason soo good luck
