this establishment had no room. Just to say the workers were flirting and constantly being touchy with each other even under the clothes soooo disgusting. I have so many words but i just can't say them.DONT GO HERE
Went here last night to get a free pretzel on my birthday, I had an email sent to me to claim my birthday pretzel but in the app the rewards qr code wouldn’t pop up no matter how many times we tried. But I did have the email as proof sent this morning, and I even showed the guy working at the counter. He told me no sorry can’t do it if there is no bar code but it wasn’t that I minded so much as his tone.This isn’t my first time here and I always receive terrible customer service by the staff here. This location should shut down.
The 15 minutes that I waited in line was not worth the $14 that I spent for a pretzel and frozen lemonade. Its a no more for me
It’s ridiculous that they don’t give you a cup of water with an already overpriced purchase. For a bottle of water they charge $3.19. Rip off.

they sold me undercooked hot dog rolls, when I wanted to explain and ask them to get me new one, one of the ladies (older one) acted so rude, telling me that this is how they sell them. I eat them very often and never had problem before, so I opened every single hotdog in a front of her, but she didn’t want to look and help out. she behaved very rudely and when I told her that I wanted to show this to the supervisor, she threw the cup in the bin and said she would make me a new one. instead of giving me another cup, she took out the dough and started making it, as if I had time to wait 15 minutes. I told her that I didn't deserve such behavior and I started to cry, because it was the first time I complained about something and got such a reaction. I didn't take any money or food, I just went outside. there are cameras, so let them see how their workers work and treat customers.
Everything looked clean, the line moved efficiently, and the pretzel bites my son ordered were made fresh - though that was more being at the right place at the right time.
