Auntie Anne's

This Auntie Ann’s is the worst in the area. I don’t know why at this location they always burn the pretzels or are out of pretzels . The employees also are unprofessional - talking to each other, getting drinks for themselves and drinking it in front of customers, instead of taking/greeting customers while there’s a long line. For some reason they struggle with customers using the Auntie Ann’s App. It’s truly night and day between this location and the deptford location. It’s a shame because in cherry hill there’s less options in the food court so auntie Ann’s is usually your only option and it’s a struggle every time. Hopefully someone checks the reviews and can figure out how to get the system working better

Everytime i walk by the auntie annes near macys someone is always sitting their dusty behind on the counters they MAKE THE PRETZELS ON...

Poor customer service and rude. Pretzels were fine, but the reviews here made me regret ordering. Last time getting anything from here.

I bought the mini hotdogs pretzels and they were completely burnt. I don’t recommend these at all.

Horrible and ghetto. I went to make a purchase for my sons and I they had no pretzels, although perplexed I said “okay we’ll come back after I get my sons his shoes” we came back maybe 15 minutes later. There were 3 people in front of us, when it was our turn I asked for a large pretzel cup, a small regular cup of pretzels, small lemonade, small blue icy, and a medium ice water. The Hispanic or mixed young man informed me they had no large cinnamon pretzels. I looked in the pretzel bin and I saw there were 7 small cups. I said “can you combine 2 small to make a large?” He said “no” I said “why not” he looked around as if he was confused. One of his coworkers who happened to overhear said “yes” we can make it. Then another one of his coworkers who was African American looked at him and then looked at me making faces and snickering, she then took the 2 cups and made a large. I informed them that it’s not a big deal to make a large since they advertised a large. The buck tooth employee indicated that I was taking all of the pretzels by asking for a large, Then told me I could just purchase two small, I informed her “if I wanted two small I would have asked for two small.” I asked to speak to a manager and the black girl with the pronounced teeth and individual plates said she was the supervisor. Then another African American women with bulging plates indicates she’s the supervisor. So I asked both “supervisors” for a card or managers number and they said there wasn’t one. They were extremely unprofessional and the customer service was horrible. I will be disputing this charge due to lack of appropriate pretzel nuggets and the drinks partially filled. I hope as a franchise that you Tran your employees on customer service and not say “there’s no product” when there is. Never again!

Horrible customer service. There were 5 people behind the counter, but only one person was taking and fulfilling orders, while one person was baking and three employees standing around behind. The management needs to address the slow service, as there is always a long line!

Fast and fully stocked.

The prices here seem to have gone up and the quality seems to have gone down. Not a big fan of their pretzels anymore.

The customer service was horrible. The girls were very rude. I told the girl several times I wanted mini dogs. She gave me regular and a watered down juice. First time I have a problem with this location. I always come here. I’m pregnant and super sensitive. Her reproach was what do you want. I’m so irritated. 11:37 am 10/23/2021

I usually do not write bad reviews but this place should be shut down..everything on display was burnt . I placed an order for 5 pretzels with a young man that was more involved with laughing and carrying on with the rest of the co workers than actually taking my order. I kindly asked how long would it be for fresh pretzels, I was told 5 minutes. After standing there for TWENTY MINUTES I ask if my order was ready. They all looked at each other and realized no one started my pretzels! Needless to say I just simply asked for my refund I tried calling customer service just to be prompted to leave a message. Stay away from this place I will.

買い物途中に少し小腹が空いたという時に便利。 写真はずいぶん昔に食べたチーズソースのミニプレッツェル。 これだけでもお腹いっぱいになる。 また久しぶりに食べたいなぁ。
