Slow food delivery. Had reservation but not set up for 12 people

We tried to eat here, but after waiting almost 10 minutes just to be seated, we waited an additional 20 at the table without anyone stopping to take drink orders. We watched the servers stand in the corner talking while another table was sat after us but got waited on before us. This is our first time at this location. We tried it because we have had less than stellar service at the depot town location. We've even had below average service at the Adrian location, so it must just be Aubree's in general. The food is not so remarkable that poor service will keep people coming back, so it is unfortunate that there is a definite theme. In reading the reviews of this location, it appears as if our experience was similar to others. I should've read the reviews before stopping in and saved us a trip.

This resteraunt was so good a few years back but the quality really declined since then. Menu isn't as good as it was before and the ingredients are not as plentiful as before.

While on a business trip, our company dropped in with about 50 people, Aubree's Pizzeria was very accommodating to our team. Everyone loved their food, and our server Allyssa was always by to check if anyone wanted refills or order more food, she always had a smile on her face and was very quick with whatever we needed even with such a large group all at once.
