Absolutely outstanding gluten free bread and pastries. The bread is so good that it made sandwiches enjoyable again. The cinnamon rolls are gooey and delicious. Oh, and the peanut butter cookies are a PB lover’s dream. If the incredible bakery isn’t enough to get you in the door, the staff and owner are so wonderful.

Came on a Saturday at 2pm and was a little sad to see that they didn’t have any of the vegan loaves of bread, but did get a baguette (contains egg) and it was realllllly good. Everyone knows that gluten free bread is not the same as gluten-filled bread, but this baguette had a nice amount of crunch to the outside and it was perfect with soup. Wish they had more vegan options available as not everyone in our family can have dairy and eggs. But absolutely will be back to hopefully snag some more gf goodies again soon!

Best dedicated gluten free bakery ever! A celiac dream. I get the Rustic Loaf and baguettes but truly can not go wrong with any pastry, bread, or baked good here! Limited hours so check the schedule.

Really tasty! Didn't notice it was gluten-free until I'd already bought my cookies which made me a little nervous because I feel like the texture of gluten-free things can be so different but I loved them!! Super tasty, would definitely come back again next time I'm in the neighborhood!

I was skeptical. Then their cinnamon roll became my favorite. Next time I came in there were no single rolls available. So I took home a 4-pack. Now their my wife's favorite. if you go, recommend bringing home some for the freezer.

This bakery is ACTUAL MAGIC. The owner has stumbled upon a GF secret the rest of the world doesn’t have. The lemon curd danish is hands down the best pastry I’ve ever eaten- so flaky, so balanced. I’ve traveled the world and had many years of eating gluten… this beats everything. Bonus: the staff is a bunch of sweethearts. Out-of-Towners, come here to get a true taste of MN! This place represents the best of the food and the people.

First off I want to say this is a great neighborhood bakery even if you're not GF. For those of you who are gluten free read on: Unbelievably good gluten free bakery - I was completely floored. Flaky danishes, savory pasties, soft chewy buns with a fantastic flavor. The owner of this place is a wizard. All the things I'd given up on ever having again, and they taste top notch, not like a gf substitute Meant to post photos but it was too good and I ate it all before I remembered

Whether you need to avoid gluten or not, this bakery is AMAZING. But if you are gluten free or celiac and you’re looking for a place where you can finally feel “normal”, this place is your new best friend! The baguettes and bread are absolutely out of this world! They are everything you want from a European style bread! Light and fluffy with a delicious crunchy crust. Toasted or fresh out of the oven, I still have to remind myself that it’s gluten free. We’ve done everything with this bread, from using a baguette to make “pizza bread” to making the most amazing French toast. They have a wide variety of additional treats and desserts too. Food memories are powerfully things. I swear when I first tasted one of their current scones, I almost cried! Their cinnamon rolls will bring you right back to your childhood. And the pastries are amazing, no matter what the flavor of the day is. I’ve been following them since they were a little front porch bakery, and there’s a reason why they have such a following. This is one bakery you don’t want to miss out on!

Husband brought home biscuits, cookies, baguette, pasty from this bakery and I was in love. The food is rich and light. Fresh and balanced. Yum!

Oh my god!! If your can’t eat gluten, you must visit this place. The fruit danish is like heaven, so buttery and flaky and crispy!! Baguettes and other breads look gorgeous, as well. This is pilgrimage worthy, for sure.

Everything we tried was excellent but the lemon custard was AMAZING!

Local bakery with delicious offerings. We ordered 3 items, a jalapeño biscuit, a blueberry scone and a cinnamon roll. They were all delicious but none were absolutely outstanding. The flavor of the blueberry scone was a bit underwhelming and the cinnamon roll icing was too sweet. Overall a nice bakery though!

That was one of the best cheddar jalapeno biscuits I've had! The consistency was perfect, which I've never found in a gluten-free biscuit before.

Profoundly beautiful GF bread, the heritage loaf is perfect for sandwiches, the rye lacks for nothing, and the baguettes taste *exactly* like the (glutinous!!) French bread my grandmother used to bake. The employees are upbeat and friendly. Literally can’t believe this exists in Minneapolis, the texture is better than gf breads I’ve had in major cities at twice the price. They are often sold out by end of day, so go early! Also extremely cute that they’re named after a word their toddler used when she wanted to share food with people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent bread, regardless of whether they eat gluten or not.

Was in MN for the weekend & hit 2 GF bakeries. Had no idea there'd be a line out the door at 20 min after opening. Alot was already sold out by the time our # was called. But what we did get was AHmazing!!

Such a sweet place! Gluten free items are wonderful, I don't feel I have to compromise taste or texture be gluten free. The staff are amazing, super friendly and informative.
