Palazzo storico dal fascino unico, cucina d'eccellenza e servizio accorto e impeccabile. Forse potrei fare un appunto sul dolce, una sorta di tiramisù bianco col lampone dove il caffè copriva eccessivamente gli altri sapori, ma è un'inezia

We actually have no comments to the quality of the food, however at the same time the dinner did not leave us with an unforgettable experience. The food and the presentation is of excellent quality, however it all seemed all so rehearsed to the perfection that it lost and lacked spontaneity and element of surprise and astonishment in the plates. The seefood menu is very tasty, the only plate that did not have symbiosis was the lobster as it was detaching from potato and very chewy. Service - overall very professional, yet was missing some details for example when I went to the bathroom my napkin was not folded, the bread crumbles not cleaned from the table.. small details yet important when you go a place like this.. For us going to a Michelin restaurant is not only about the food, it is also about experience and emotions, which this restaurant unfortunately did not provide us with. We believe this restaurant has fantastic potential to take it to the next level by understanding how they can add the experience and the emotional aspect to the overall offering.

Sono stata con mia figlia per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Ho mangiato cose buonissime, accurate, italiane. Un servizio attento e impeccabile dall'inizio alla fine. È stata una bellissima serata. Grazie.
