Atlantica Hotel Halifax

Very disappointed and disgusted with our stay at this hotel. Signing in the staff at the desk barely if at all made eye contact, providing impersonal, minimal interaction, only very basic information and guidance. Upon signing out the girl at the desk made absolutely no eye contact, focusing on the screen the whole time, not even the slightest friendly greeting or asking about our stay. There was no room freshen-up provided the second day, no couch in the room as displayed in the advertisement, and a not so clean shower in the room instead of a tub as we would have preferred. The elevators during our stay were next to impossible to use due to kids continually riding them up and down between all floors. This matter was not addressed by the staff and presented a problem for many patrons. A broken ice machine directly outside our room provided disturbing sound throughout our stay. I can not and will not recommend this hotel, since welcoming service was completely lacking and far better pricing is available at other hotels in the area, which we've happily stayed at previously. Rooms: Plain, drab and uninviting

Terrible customer service, executive suite worth a penny! They actually said we don’t have towels, as our laundromat is busy. We didn’t have blanket and had to call couple of times to explain that our room didn’t actually have blankets/duvets!!!

I like Atlantica , amazing service, front desk Tania and Iryna are super helpful, even treated me and my son with cookies all the tme, only the best feedback to Atlantica hotel

It was a wonderful, quiet stay in central Halifax. The room is spacious and has everything. The lobby is nice and has a bar&restaurant. Gym & swimming pool are available) The staff is excellent, ready to help at any time. Friendly and always smiling, and would like to mention Tatiana and Irina, they were the best) Thank you for the professional hospitality.

Atlantica hotel is a fantastic place for enjoying and spending relaxing time , I was here with my husband so we enjoyed all the facilities , here’s a nice gym and pool , perfect location , amazing staff, front desk Tania was very helpful , hope I’ll be back !
