Placed a order online, called them said that they didn't get it and they have to call the manager to see where the order is, never called me back placed this order since 11:20am, called back to see why i have not received a call back yet they would not answer, my coworker called they answered and told her that they would have to call her back, she called back and they hung up on her. They our so rude i will never order from them ever again.
Ordered food, drove 15 minutes, when I parked I received a call telling me that they didn’t make my food, that they decided to close early… after taking my order, and making me drive all the way over there, then they didn’t feel like cooking it, and just went home… very unprofessional, you made me waste my gas and time for nothing
We have lived in North Charleston for five years and it took a while to find this place. This is the best Asian food in our area by far. The flavors are perfect. My family devoured over $200 worth of food. Every dish was perfect.
I ordered the sesame chicken, to find a clump of hair in my food.
I researched a few places and the reviews for this place seemed to ding them for service and not the quality of the food which is the most important aspect for me. I normally tip at least 10% anyway for takeout so I wasn’t worried tbh. The food was really good and the service wasn’t anything to write home about. She didn’t respond when I said thank you or acknowledge me when I walked in, but it’s takeout. I ordered the large order of orange chicken with house fried rice and it was excellent. I would recommend this place, just go in with proper expectations of the other reviews regarding service.
NEVER AGAIN! The woman at the front desk has HORRIBLE communication skills. The food is average and honestly not worth the the $50 tab for rice and lo mein. I will not be ordering again. Lobby is full of dust… tables and chairs were full of dust.
I have been here many times and the food has been pretty good.... It's the service from the very rude Chinese lady that I can't handle anymore. I go in tonight and she is typing on the computer. She never looked up, never anything. When she looked up she said nothing. It was as if I just stole the Buddha. That look would have killed satin. I had to initiate the order. She gave me the price and put the receipt with pen in front of me. I signed and tried to hand it to her. She throws her pointed finger toward the tip jar.... No thank you, no ten minutes....no nothing. When it was ready ...here. that's it. I owe them nothing and frankly I will no longer support a local business that has no respect for its customers.
There's a lady that work up front very aggressive to certain people. I told her I was there to pick up an order then called Uber for verification and it still wasn't good enough. This not the only time, but be my guess they short staffed for a reason. And clean your windows no one can't eat seeing dead bugs.
