Pho-(Pronounce-Fuh)
Pho is a vietnamese beef noodle soup. The broth is made by simmering beef bones and beef back ribs, flavored with spices (star anise, cloves, cinnamon sticks, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, black cardamoms, grilled onions and roasted gingers) for at least eight hours. It is served with rice noodles, fresh chives, yellow onions, and your selection of meats in a large steaming bowl of soup, accompanied with a side dish of lime wedges, bean sprouts, cilantros, jalapeño and basil leaves.
