Have tried calling MANY times. Never answers, never calls back. I’ve called five times this year for a birthday, and I called seven times last year for the same person’s birthday, and NEVER got an answer. AWFUL customer service! If you can’t answer the phone at least call people back!

Great service and staff

We have ordered many cakes and cookies from Ashlee's Cakes. They are always ready at scheduled pick up time. The cakes are delicious and moist. Her cookies are amazing too. Cute and tasty are a great combination. I have NEVER been disappointed.
