Ashiana Indian Restaurant (Indian Restaurant Preston)

What a superb night, fantastic food, fantastic staff in a very clean modern setting. Visited with friends and rounded up bill to £130 for 4 of us with plenty of drinks, very reasonable. Had the garic chilli chicken, and it was gorgeous, no rice, and a peshawari naan. Will be certainly going back and look like my new favourite Indian. Happy days.

Have previously enjoyed food from this establishment. Had a major shock tonight in our £64 banquet for four people. The poppadoms were rancid. Unclear whether they were cooked in rancid oil, spoiled during storage or spiked after cooking. We all agreed they smelled of paint bizarrely and tasted of paint. When I returned them to the restaurant, the manager didn't smell them (suggesting he had already done his checking after I called to raise concern) and handed me a bottle of beer and a promise to see things right when I return for a meal in future. He couldn't explain if other food might have been cooked in the same oil or spoiled in the same way. I cannot contemplate returning because, trust me, something was badly wrong. Very disappointed because I had previously enjoyed their food.

Visiting the area and decided to try this restaurant. Fantastic service couldnt fault it very attentive and nothing too much trouble the waiter even changed my daughters rice (she has sensory processing disorder and it wasn't the right colour according to her, nothing actually wrong with it). Food was lovely, staff were brilliant all round great place, wish we were local as this would be our go to place! Thanks

Absolutely the best Indian food I have ever, ever had, it was perfect A+++ However 2 things let it down slightly, there were NO hot towels offered after meal and I had the Lindores dessert, Absolutely definitely not what I thought it was and the Only 1 ball/chocolate which wasn't anything the picture on the menu, it had or tasted like hazelnut gone off, and certainly not worth a fiver. But the main, naan breads and poppadoms were amazing.

I loved everything about it,the food was beautiful the staff were amazing,it’s so clean and tidy it was my 2nd time going and we loved it again,so lovely inside and out side parking is great,I recommend and I’ll be going again thanks-Katie
