Asda Rotherham Superstore

Absolutely disgusted at how you are made to feel when you use the pay point facility that Asda supposedly have, asked a voucher to be redeemed ( which can only be redeemed by paying) which had been been e mailed to me, it had the barcode and everything else that was needed to be processed, but Asda decided that they couldn't do it because they needed a print out of the voucher, I explained it only comes in an email format but if they liked I could print it out and come back to which they said no and told me to go to post office and said they would do it, went to the post office who told me Asda should have redeemed the voucher and full well know post office can't do it because post office only has pay zone. Don't understand why Asda has a pay point service

Rubbish customer service and they can’t even be bothered to bring out the milk from the back. Food pallets are everywhere too so some aisles are inaccessible.

Trolley guy was smashing but the till experience was a nightmare. Waited 5 minutes with machine saying collegue is coming only for them to be stood chatting with each other not interested in what is going on. Then no bags on self service checkout only to get the most stroppy assistant I had to go and find who hadn’t listened in the first place. Seriously need some staff training in customer service. Considering I can choose between a number of supermarkets this is likely my last choice in future

I got fed up with this shop! It was too many times when the deals didn't work! I will never do a big shopping in this store ever again! Only small purchases where I can track and spot missed deals. It got too ridiculous.

I have been a happy customer for decades. Sadly, this store has gone very downhill, and each visit gets worse. I mostly go to Tesco now as its a much nicer experience. After speaking with the store manager today (who really doesn't know how to speak to customers, doesn't know how to help the staff and needs to be replaced) I will not be shopping here again. Two other shoppers said the same after they saw what happened.

Why have they closed fitting room was going to buy some clothes didn't bother when I can't try them on I wonder how many customers that have done the same.

Not as good choices as it used to have. Not enough staff. Many lines I used to buy here have been cut, don't use it much these days as its turned into a big corner shop.
