Excellent customers service

Staff never seem interested in helping customers when asking which aisle products are in.

Decided I was going to give Asda delivery a go last week... First delivery out of date chicken and a miserable driver at least he found us I guess .... Today's delivery unable to deliver, driver says unable to fulfill order basically couldn't be arsed to find us. Absolutely ridiculous now I've got to wait for my refund to shop again. They have my number they could have called! I looked on my account to find out it was cancelled no communication at all...An Evoucher for £10 has been given to me lol that doesn't even hit minimum wage these days. Shopping delivered to your door is supposed to make things easier however with Asda it just adds to the circus avoid avoid avoid!!

Went to Asda forest town today used scan and go . We was having problems at checkout with the device . The girl that was supposed to help with problems stood on her phone then when she actually looked at us my husband asked for help and she abruptly said just scan it other people are before you and proceeded to go to gentleman on next scanner to us . He then told her no they before me then she went to someone else . A very nice young man came to help us he took a few seconds to sort us . If she doesn’t want to do job she should leave

Since McDonalds was built parking is a nightmare and such a poorly designed traffic flow. As for Asda it was once a great shop but recently the shelf’s are bare and just lots of empty boxes that once had products in them

The cafe is absolutely freezing & food went cold immediately. Asked the staff & told they can’t control it. Everyone in cafe sat in outside coats & the tables are very cold to the touch
