Nice and clean, staff looked happy enough. Disappointed that there isn't a pharmacy but there is a photo processing area.

One stop shop

Poor manners from the security member of staff (the older one), who walked in front of my trolley demanding abruptly to see my receipt, which I hadn’t because I declined the offer of receipt at the scan and go. However I was able to prove my purchase by showing my bank account statement on the app on my phone which sufficed, after this he proceeded to state that the checks were because “there are scumbags that bag groceries and walk straight through the scan and go”, implying that I look like a scumbag myself. I have been shopping here for years and go almost every day. The rest of staff are friendly and helpful though.

Me and my partner bought some cooked chicken from here yesterday and now we have got food poisoning we haven’t be able to do anything all day because we have had belly aches snd being sick everywhere

Amazing customer service, today while shopping I realised I had an appointment to attend. I ask customer service if I could leave my trolly and return for it in a moment, they were very helpful and understanding. I also phone to confirm I will definitely be returning due to my appointment take longer than expected, staff were very friendly and helpful. When returning the staff were very polite. Thank you for today! I shop in this store regular and the staff are always helpful and polite. Also a shout out to the scan and go ladies…you have so much patience and fantastic customer skills.

Today is the 18th of march went in Asda Cannock to shop .picked up Asda s beef in gravy £5.25 the date on the box was the 12 th of march so six Day's out of date so check your dates .disgusting
