The CAFE in Asda, is very dirty. One man clearing a couple of items, could have wiped the tables down as well. But left them dirty and sticky. Unknown tissue contents left on the floor in the aisle. It’s not busy today. Just disgusting. Will not be going back.

Please open more tills, 20 minutes shopping and 30 minutes queue to pay. Will go elsewhere

The attitude of the older woman serving on a Sunday absolutely stinks. I've never had a person treat me the way she did in my whole life. I will never return to this cafe. She would spit in your food if she didn't like you. Thank god for this honest review. Avoid this cafe like the plague. It has been reported to management and they will look into it. Fortunately, the cafe is a franchise and not ran by Asda but I am sorry that the cafe(not asda) does not have its own page to review. Good luck getting a breakfast before 12am because the old lady behind the counter may not feel like serving you even though the sign says that breakfast is served up till 12am. Also be aware that they do not hold stock so you may find that you will be turned away anyway. This is is the truth and nothing but the truth. The old lady behind the counter is an absolute joke. I post my reviews to help others decide where they would eat. I rate customer service honestly and this review is as honest as it gets. Absolutely disgraceful. You should be ashamed of yourself lady.

The staff are rude and horrible. The security staff there are even worse and seemed to take incredible satisfaction stopping a family of 4 in the middle of the entrance and empty out our whole trolley with no reason why treating us like criminals even though we had done nothing wrong and obviously had not stolen or attempted to steal a thing. All of this with 2 distressed 6 year old in tow! Which seemed to make him laugh even more. Absolutely disgusting customer service I will never use this store or ASDA again after shopping there for many years.
