Asda Basildon Eastgate Supercentre

Lived in Basildon my whole life and rarely ever used Asda toilets. Yesterday I had to as I was already in Asda. One stall had the door hanging off its hinges. The covered in dried urine where it had been there for so long. I had to wipe the toilet seat with some tissue and my own bottled water. And to top it off after having to clean the urine myself, there was no hand soap available to wash my hands after.

We visited the cafe for a late lunch and we were super impressed with the kids deal they have for £1 each. The man in the cafe was friendly and helpful explaining the food offers to us Great service. Kids were very happy with their meals

I went to the Basildon store yesterday to return an item I had bought at another store. I needed help to do this and Jodie in the click and collect department was really supportive. She went 'out of her way' to go with me to the returns deposit facility, showing me how to process the parcel etc. I really appreciated this help as I had never had to use this service before.
