Artisana Bread is a small batch artisan bakery. We use only organic flours and several types of ancient wheats. Organic flours are not enriched with any chemicals, nor are the flours we use genetically modified. We do not use additives or preservatives, making our products naturally healthy and delicious. At Artisana Bread we believe in investing in high quality ingredients and in long fermentation times to create the best textures and tastes and which make our products more easily digestible for many people.
