I have been going here for years to get coffee beans. The last 5 times I am just getting ripped off. I have my beans ground and I have been noticing the bags get lighter and lighter. I have asked them to double check everything is in there and they assure me it’s all there. I have started weighing them when I get home. Today was by far the lightest at almost 100 grams less from a 340 gram bag. I asked the guy 3 times to grind it at a certain number and sure enough he didn’t listen. When I saw he wasn’t listening he had to grind a new bag. Even the lady next in line made a comment that I had asked 3 times. He messed up her drink as well. I will never return and I would advise others to take their business elsewhere. Ownership has changed and they clearly aren’t training their employees, and as a result you get ripped off.
Ordered two lattes and watched in horror as the "barista" made them with drip brewed coffee. I was exhausted and couldn't have been bothered to get them to make me two more and hoped they'd taste half decent... They were gross.
This is probably the best value $5 coffee in the GVRD. The staff are knowledgeable and really friendly. Excellent cappuccino with a multi million dollar view of the Vancouver skyline. Just beware of the mercenary parking lot attendants in the basement parking. One of the most expensive parking spots in the GVRD. There's free street parking just 2 blocks away.
Service was really good, but the coffee itself is poor quality and doesn’t taste too great. Could be a bit more clean considering small space and high turnover of guests. Definitely wasn’t worth the $$.
Not sure what happened cause I’ve usually enjoyed this coffee house. The hot chocolate (spicy) was very disappointing. For $8.95 it was lukewarm and underwhelming - too gooey with sweet toppings, I didn’t even finish it. Not recommending this place for the hot chocolate festival ….
