I have to make this review fair so will start with positive ones Ice cream is very delicious But you don’t feel you are welcome as you enter the shop The staff are very cold and treat you in a strange way. Atmosphere is not welcoming The other branch is much nicer than this one The management should read this review to improve the customer service I won’t come again to this shop in particular Zero star for the service

My heavily pregnant wife wanted to sit down, so we ordered some ice cream and have been told we are not allowed to eat it inside in the seated area. That the inside is only for main food, and that if we order main food then we can stay for ice cream. I said can you put the ice cream back before I have any and then we can take out in 5 minutes, if we are not allowed to eat inside. She said no. Basically felt like I'd been told to leave. Shocking service, especially when there were no customers inside. Eventually said we can eat the ice cream inside but only if we are quick. Just to reiterate, heavily pregnant wife... shocking service. Don't worry, I won't come back

I love the new pasta menu branded Maccaruna. Finally, we do have a place where to eat a very generous portion of pasta freshly made in the city centre. Grazie
