7.4% ABV - Belgian Blonde Ale\r\nFirst brewed in 2014, Babo Blonde was one of the original iconic Wilderness beers. It’s brewed with Belgian yeast and local Rango Honey for flavors of honey-drizzled bread loaves with hints of banana and pear.

6.7% ABV - Saison w/ AZ Honey\r\nMixed-culture Saison brewed with local Wildflower honey and freshly picked citrus blossoms from Agritopia Farms. Naturally conditioned in kegs and cans.

7.5% ABV - Brut IPA\r\nThis beer is as dry as the midsummer heat in Arizona and is complimented by citrus, Dank, and tropical notes from the Mosaic, Simcoe, and El Dorado

4.5% ABV - Prickly Pear Gose\r\nInspired by the juice of the Arizona desert, this beer features locally grown prickly pear juice from Cactus Ranch and hibiscus tea from Tea Royalty. It’s foeder fermented and absolutely crushable.

4.5% ABV - Light Lager\r\nWith the in-tent (get it?) of creating the world's most crushable camping beer, we designed this light lager to be crisp, dry, and refreshing.

9.3% ABV - This hazy DIPA doubles down on the characteristics we love from La Ciudad. Locally grown & malted Sinagua Malt and Sonora wheat compliment juicy citrus aromas from a massive (6.5/bbl) Mosaic and Citra DDH.

5.5% ABV - Honey Blonde\r\nThere's one big rule you should follow when enjoying our public lands: Leave No Trace. Or, as we prefer to say it: Don't F#%k It Up. Floral and dry with fresh honey aromatics from the addition of Rango Honey, DFIU is complex yet crushable.

5.2% ABV - Hoppy Lager \r\nA hoppy lager dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Hull Melon hops brewed to celebrate Gilbert’s Birthday

5.0% ABV - American Lager\r\nThis wildly drinkable lager was brewed in collaboration with Patagonia Provisions to showcase Kernza, a deeply rooted perennial grain that stabilizes and improves soil, prevents erosion, and conserves water. Whereas most grains are planted and harvested annually, Kernza stays in the ground year after year, developing roots up to 12 feet long. Perennial crops like Kernza increase ecosystem nutrient retention and can help mitigate the effects of the climate crisis.

6.4% ABV - Hazy IPA\r\nBrewed in celebration of Downtown Phoenix’s cultural heritage, bringing the wilderness to Arizona’s urban center. A hazy IPA showcasing Citra and Mosaic hops.

6.8% ABV - American IPA\r\nOur flagship IPA born in our founder's garage. This beer has evolved over the years into a perfectly balanced IPA w/ 100% Sinagua Malt base and citrus forward American hops.

6.5% ABV - Saison w/ AZ Tangelo & Cardamom\r\nA mixed-culture saison aged in neutral french oak barrels, then refermented with fresh AZ Tangelo juice from Agritopia Farms and fresh cracked green cardamom pods. Naturally carbonated in cans and kegs.

6.1% ABV - Saison\r\nOur homage to the Salt River is a take on the clean, modern, industrialized version of Belgian Saison, brewed with water-saving Sinagua Malt, White Sonora wheat, and Noble hops. It’s fermented in American oak foeders at the Woodnotes Cellar with a classicly clean and dry Saison strain.

10.3% ABV - Imperial Stout\r\nImperial Stout with Piloncillo sugar, Madagascar vanilla beans, lactose, Doce coffee from Peixoto, and Nicaraguan cacao nibs from Zak's Chocolate. Collaboration with Bottle Logic Brewing out of Anaheim, CA.

4.8% ABV - Fruited Gose\r\nBrewed to honor the 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots who lost their lives in the Yarnell Hill Fire, this tart ale is made with 350 lbs. of apples harvested at Agritopia Farm and smoked at Joe's Real BBQ. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Eric Marsh Foundation.

5.0% ABV - Pale Ale\r\nBrewed with water-saving Sinagua Malt and drought-resistant Zappa and Sabro hops, This Beer Saves Water is the clearest expression of our mission to preserve and protect our environment. Every pint helps offset more than 50 gallons of water for Arizona’s waterways.

4.4% ABV - Fruited Gose\r\nA juicy slice of watermelon, a sprinkle of salt: Salted watermelon has been a Southern staple for centuries. Using thousands of pounds of Arizona-grown melons, we’ve turned the South’s most refreshing summer snack into Arizona’s most refreshing summer beer.

6.5% ABV - Hazy IPA w/ Watermelon\r\nMelon shark doo doo doo doo doo doo melon shark doo doo doo doo doo doo melon shark doo doo doo doo doo doo melon shark.

7.0% - West Coast IPA\r\nThe first beer brewed at Wilderness by our new head of production, this West Coast-style IPA was brewed with CTZ, Centennial, Chinook, Mosaic, El Dorado, and Citra hops for a flavor as vibrant as the West Clear Creek Wilderness.

<0.5% ABV - NA Coffee Stout\r\nLike our other NA beers, we use real beer ingredients with a special yeast strain that doesn’t produce alcohol. For this special brew, we added 30 gallons of concentrated cold brew from our friends at Piexoto Coffee for a stout flavor with a caffeine kick.

6.0% ABV - Mixed-culture Sour w/ AZ Peaches\r\nAged in our French oak foeders, this beer spent 5 months resting on 4000 pounds of locally grown Florida Prince peaches from Schnepf Farms—pits included! Native yeasts and bacteria residing on the peach skins accent our house mixed culture, providing layered acidity and aromatics.
