Born on a backpacking trip, Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company was created to celebrate the beautiful and diverse state of Arizona through locally driven beer and food. When we're not outside foraging for ingredients ourselves, we're partnering with nearby farms to source the AZ-grown fruit, veggies, grain, and meat that have led us to be consistently ranked among the best breweries in the world. We use water-saving Sinagua malt in every beer we brew, we partner with local companies to compost all of our food waste, and we pursue sustainable efforts whenever possible to ensure the vast Arizona wilderness endures.
