Arianna's Italian Grill Lakeside

Great food.

This is a cozy "pizza place" with lots of other food options like Italian dishes, pasta, American food. The pizza options are pretty much unlimited, and everything tasted great! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Wheelchair accessibility: I am handicapped but I elected to use my cane this time. I would be completely comfortable using my wheelchair next visit.

We ordered two entrees, then the black guy suggested Alfredo tortellini, but never said anything about Alfredo we wouldn't have ordered that. When we got put to the car, we actually looked it up on website... once we saw that we went back inside maybe 10 minutes after we paid tried cancel that entree ... of course the same guy says we couldn't, canc it... so needless to say we ended up trashing it... my food was nasty like it was leftovers. We will never eat there again!

The wings was under cooked. The guy who was off who always is so nice even asked them to cook the wings well done and they still was soft. It’s not hard to cook wings to a crisp then sauce them. Who eats chicken with soft skin.

Visited some relatives in Richmond and stopped in. Food was huge and excellent. Definitely recommend.
