This place has decent, very decent breakfast for a very decent price but gives the dive bar vybe for sure. Suggest going during the week as there is normally a line up on weekends

I ordered the chicken and waffles the other day and it was awesome! I can’t wait to order it again, honestly. Side of spiced home fries, 4 plump and crispy white meat chicken tenders, on top of a true Belgian waffle (with the pearl sugar inside!) Came with some really tasty spicy sauce as well Bathrooms are very small.. the one I used didn’t have a change table, but they do have high chairs. A kids menu with smaller portions would be awesome!

An institution? Seriously? Food is not good, it smells gas while you are eating because the restaurant is next to a gas station. The premises are dirty and staff is unfriendly. Just a joke

I was pleased when my neighbour's suggested we go there for lunch as I had never dined there. First impression. We opened the door to enter and we were truffle told to wait outside (apparently there is normally a sign stating this as it has limited seating. Once a table became available we entered. I was craving a good old fashioned western sandwich. I even enquired how it was to be prepared. I was informed. Ham green peppers onion and eggs. Excellent. It arrived on a cheap commercial bread with two small slivers of red pepper, virtually no ham and the eggs were clearly just fried in a pan unscrambled. It was cold and inedable. I found out our server was the owner. Listen, I don't like to write bad reviews...I feel for restaurants. I have no issue paying for quality and I am a generous tipper. I didn't order anything else and the owner did not care enough to enquire as to why my sandwich was left after only one bite. Very disappointing experience.
