Our phone hot stolen and a watch was also missing. Hotel staff was very irresponsible and careless not paying attention to our probleme

Very poor hotel staff is very poor staff stolen my one plus phone shameless people ac not working lift not working manager is hopeless and irresponsible Very poor service, hospitality is extremely poor. We are waiting from 2 hours to see the footage of our floor, but it seems that the camera is not working. Very poor management. We are sitting without AC’s and fans from 2 hours but these people are not ready to provide any explanation. Don’t ever think of staying in this place. Waste of time and money.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience. A.C. which was advertised as a key amenity, was not working throughout my stay. My stay here was marred by poor service, unhelpful staff, and an inability to access basic amenities, making it an experience I would not wish on any traveler.
