Went through the drive through and was given incredible customer service. The food was perfect and fast. With all of the bad service in this area of town, this is an oasis of good food and service.
I got the gyro sandwich, it’s pretty good, I honestly didn’t know that arbys had other options instead of roast beef. And I thought it wouldn’t taste as good because it’s from a typical chain restaurant, but I was surprised that’s it’s a good sandwich. I would definitely get it again!
Left here today, was not happy with the guy at the window. We all know drive thrus take forever, it's even worse when you're behind someone who doesn't know what they want and keeps asking questions and takes forever to order. It's annoying as hell. Took almost 15 minutes to get an order of large fries. At this point I'm annoyed, but it's not anyone's fault it just is what it is. The thing that pissed me off is when I get there and I hand over my card to pay, the guy asks me if I had a problem. Did I throw my card? Was I rude? No, but you can tell I'm annoyed. That is not what you ask customers. You made whatever annoyance I was having even worse. Who asks that? I wasn't complaining. I was quiet and just handed over my card, no attitude either. But your guy felt the need to ask if there was a problem, in a not so nice tone. I'm never going back to this place.
