Employee's all seem friendly and helpful

It will be nice if the fish sandwich look like the commercial the fish on the commercial looks crunchy and a square the one that you all sell out of the store looks like Captain D's soft baked fish not the same

I ordered my meal from the app while I was at Walmart across the street. App said should be 10 min. I know reality it’s more like 15-20. So I left after placing my order 15 min ago from Walmart to head over for my food. The cashier guy told me once it was my turn in line that he hasn’t started it yet because he needs to take all orders in the line first. Very upset and confused by this, I decided to leave and pick my family up at Walmart and go back. I return to see everyone got their food and mine was last 1 they decided to work on. About 45min total of wait time for my food. Lucky they got my order correct and it was hot.

Nothing against Arby's but as I was walking towards the building a customer sitting at the drive thru decided to clean her car out and started throwing trash from the driver's side across the roof of her car and I almost was hit in the face with a water bottle just don't understand people

Every time I go here and order large fries with my meal I am given only 2 packs of ketchup. When I ask for more I'm told that I can't have more because they are short on ketchup. I then have to go into the store to get more, which they have plenty of??? Makes no sense. Someone there is working for the "sales prevention team"
