NEVER AGAIN! ORDERED THROUGH THE APP AT 5:04PM. CHOSE A PICKUP TIME OF 6:45PM. ARRIVED AT LOCATION AT 6:30PM. LOCATION CLOSED! APP SHOWS LOCATION OPEN. TOOK MY MONEY. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH THE APP. PROMISED REFUND IN 2HRS. NO REFUND!!@

They're hit or miss. The lady that took my order was nice enough, but aside from that, today was a complete miss. Two items were missing from my order, and of course I should've checked and made sure they didn't miss getting a whole sandwich in my bag before pulling off, but it was a long day so I didn't. When I realized it, I called, and the guy pretended he couldn't hear me as soon as I started talking about my order missing items. The items that were not missing were just thrown together kinda sloppy.
