Took me a long time to return to this location after an unfortunate incident that was resolved however I just couldn't. Have gotten several things here lately and their food has always been hot and pretty good.

My wife and I enjoy eating frequently at the Shillington Arby's. The employees are very friendly and efficient. They seem to know their repeat customers. I enjoy their roast beef sandwiches--especially the French Dip and chicken sandwiches. My wife likes the Market Fresh and chicken sandwiches. We both like the curly fries and crinkle cut fries. Happy to see potato cakes return to the menu! We also appreciate the money-saving coupons!

I remember going to this Arby's when I was a kid I'm surprised it's still here and still serving good food. Only thing missing inside was the cocktail arcade game if I remember it was a game called defender well it's not the 1980's anymore.

Anytime I want Arby’s, I go out of my way to go to this one in Shillington. Even though the Wyomissing one is closer to me, this one always has better customer service, the food always tastes better, it’s much less of a wait time, and they never screwed my order up like the other ones I’ve been to on the area.

food is good customer service is horrible i’ve noticed 99% of the time all the guys are nice and the females are so rude
