We go to Arby’s often. Ever since the new GM, Tonia, started, the whole atmosphere has changed. The whole place is clean, the staff seems happier and that makes the food taste better. We need more managers like Tonia…

Always clean and polite.

I stopped at Arby’s in olive branch for lunch on Wednesday and had to return today for lunch A+ on service , I must say the place is cleaned up nice,customer service is 100% better than before everyone is so nice and friendly. I sat down to eat and the new GM “can’t remember her name” came over and introduced her self and checked on me even asked if I needed a refill on my drink.. I have never gotten that from any Arby’s. Keep up the good work I will be returning

Food was very fresh, hot ,and tasty.
