Tayvin was very nice at the speaker and at the window 10/10 from this young man

I feel like every time we eat here my food is cold and I say I don't want to go back.

They are very friendly and fast.

Love Arby's little pricey but we can't resist the French Dips. Maybe extend a coupon for 2 for $6 on the French Dips or buy one get one...

The service and food were good it was just how the new store was set up. If you entered the parking lot from one street it was fine you were in the perfect line to go into the drive thru but it you entered it from the other street when you come in the handicapped parking is right there on your left so you have to quickly turn left but it one spot is full in not sure you are making it into the other because it is a right fit. Then you turn into the parking lot and you can angle park on your right or do a u turn to be in the drive thru line. It can be a little confusing for someone that is from out of town. Parking: I didn't like how the parking lot was set up. There is not enough parking and it is very cramped with tight spacing. Not enough room.

It's Arby's, so the food is not the same as other fast food. That being said, this one in Mt. Pleasant is really shoved in to a small lot space. it isn't the easiest place to work around and through. Food was good though and warm, so all in all a four star seems appropriate.
