Some of the rudest, most incompetent workers. The person that answers the phone definitely needs to work on customer service. Was told that “we know who you are and it’s only you” that has problems which I highly doubt. Constantly struggle with receiving our whole order, whether it be through the drive through or delivery. Yes, I could stop ordering, but every once in a while it’s nice to not cook. Shouldn’t be hard to put all items in our order.
Good food and good customer service...
Service was fast and people were friendly but the Buffalo chicken wrap did not taste great to me. To saucy.
Good burger was the bomb.
the food was alright, fries were fresh, sandwich had been sitting a little bit, but still took about 10 minutes to receive. some people had their order brought to them, other people like us had to go to the counter, wasn't a problem, but unprofessional to show favoritism towards customers.
Arby's is okay for a change of pace. The only disappointing thing is they have discontinued many items that were favorites that you could only find at their restaurant. The potatoe cakes were a favorite and their gone. They did away with carrying any ham so sandwivhes and sliders that were previously available are gone.
