Arby's

Ordered through the app and got my food right away. Everything I ordered was received. I also want to say that it’s one of the cleaner Arby’s that I’ve been to. The employees were cleaning hard when I got there.

I got the 2 for $6. My total was $6.32. gave the guy at the window $10.32. he came back with $3 and some change. I said I gave you the change I should get only dollars back. He said I never gave him change.Then the girl bagging food came over with an attitude and told me to stop yelling. I was not yelling and she says do you want you food and money or not excuse me just give me my stuff so I can leave. The girl went and talked to a bigger lady I'm assuming the manager. Next thing you know the window opens and the bigger lady said there and handed me my correct change and slammed the window. I sat there because I didn't even get my food yet. A minute goes by and she kind of flings the bag at me. A ask for Arby sauce she gave them to me. As I was driving off she was talking trash to me. Very very bad customer service there. The manager didn't even ask me anything and came to me with an attitude. I will NOT be going back there again. Sad because my daughter likes their food.

The staff could use a better attitude. Very short and rude.
