Arby's

Stopped here midafternoon to order the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, a large fry and specifically some horsey sauce. They made me pull forward to the door until they finished my fries even though I was the only one in the parking lot. The person who brought me my food was wearing pajama bottoms, but my fries seemed hot and fresh so that wasn’t a huge deal. Once I got home I found that my sandwich was cut horizontally and towards the bottom of the sandwich, I have never ordered a sandwich that was cut like that, it wouldn’t have been a big deal if I wasn’t splitting it with someone. It also had missing ingredients like bacon, lack of sauce, and thick slices of onion like they didn’t even try to cut them properly. They also didn’t give me any horsey sauce. There was no effort put into my order, it felt like a prank. For an unfulfilling $15, I would drive to the Palomar location before coming to this one again.

Arby's is always good, as long as you stick with the roast beef and it's many variants.

This place has definitely seen better days. It’s probably time for a facility update. But the food is good and the staff is super friendly and efficient. I like placing my order ahead of time online because there are deals, so I usually get $3 off. The restaurant has always had my order ready and with no mistakes by the time I arrive.
