Arby's

It's kind of bad when you walk into a restaurant like Arby's and the first thing you smell instead of food is weed.. also after getting past this you have floors that looks grimy and dirty..why would I want to continue eating at a place I enjoyed when you don't get the service you need due to it's not being enough staff at night and during the day to many employees stand around talking on the phones instead of taking your orders and getting the customers out the door satisfied with their meals . Management is so lacks in their handling of this type of situation that I wonder why it's even open..the other Arby's I have visited was nothing like this one . I continue coming back to see if things has changed after the remodeling of the place but yet it hasn't and this was a convenient place for me to stop and order food before heading into work . I guess the Arby's franchise really places profits over customer satisfaction. Smh

Today I randomly chose Arby's for lunch. The food was great. I'm writing a review based on the service I recieved. The lady, I believe Bridgette.. was so nice and helpful at the drive thru. You don't get service like that much these days so I appreciated it!

My mom got food from here and thought she saw an employee take a picture of her card but wasn’t sure and didn’t want to say anything in case she was wrong and then a few days letter my mom’s card was used to order wingstop. I’ve tried calling a million times no answer to speak to a manager about this issue.
