Hot and fresh food! Very courteous employees. I heard the gentleman at the window say he had been there since 9 am. It was 7 pm and you would have never guessed it. Very friendly and polite. Hate I didn't get his name!

The guy that was working the drive thru was amazing. So funny, so friendly, just a genuinely nice person. The service and food was excellent.

If I could give no stars I would have done so. Don’t waste your time eating here. The worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I guess since most of the employees here are young they’re just there for a pay check to buy their Jordans, eyelashes and hair weave SMDH !

The Jamocha was yummy. The bathroom was clean and the staff was very polite.

ALERT, ALERT, ALERT, THIS GUY NAMED KENNETH (according to the name on the receipt) DEMONSTRATED EXTREMELY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! I ordered the fish strips and fries; the food was piping hot and tasted great. But what got me was this guy's attitude and demeanor over the speaker and at the window!! If he is not a manager, he should be granted that title and position. The audacity of him to give me such great customer service at night, How dare him in the world we live in of terrible customer service. Keep up the great work Ken, you are going places with or without Arbys.
