In drive through line for 35 minutes. No one seemed to be in any hurry to get orders out. Totally unacceptable.

The shake machine is ALWAYS down. The main reason I go is for the Jamocha shake and the last 3 times I've visited, the machine is broken. FIX THE SHAKE MACHINE.
