Went through the drive through and got yelled at for not mentioning a coupon at the booth, however she told us our total before we could let her know. Then proceeded to not give us our receipt to formally know who was talking to us in a foul way. Arby’s needs better employees even if it is easier for them to do before the window customers should not be getting yelled at while trying to pay for a service.
