During the recession of 2008, Olga Santos opened the doors of Aqui Es Santa Fe with the purposes of loving people through fresh, delicious Colombia food and excellent, detailed service. Nearly a decade later those two principles are still evident in ever aspect of our operation. Our culinary goal is simple, to serve you with love. We did that by taking traditional Colombian ingredients and flavors, and adding our homemade recipes. Every dish that hits the table is made with detail and love. From our Santa Fe Salad Dressing, our Mild and Hot Sauce to our famous Empanadas and Arepas everything is homemade. Pair our food with excellent service, a expanded Wine and Sangria Menu and we promise you a great time!
