We went to eat ice cream yesterday night and was served a scoop from a melted box(Pan Pasand)by Subhash. His attitude to have it replaced was arrogant and ridiculous. He kept arguing for about 5 mins of how he served the same thing to other customers while agreeing that it was melted. Main storage container was not working as well. Hygiene is compromised. Not recommended at all.
