Edit: I have to update - they now have vegan/Gluten free sweet potato cheesecake! It’s so hard to find a decent vegan cheesecake but Aisha surpassed decent to hit exceptional! She nailed it. The spices and consistency were A+++++++++! What could be better? A business run by lovely, friendly people AND delicious baked goods - all in one place! I ordered a full-sized Chocolate Cake and a tray of Chocolate Toffee Nut bread pudding for a work function. My co-workers raved over both, especially the bread pudding. I think I saw a few people go weak in the knees! Visit this small business and discover your new favorite dessert!

Oh wow! The vegan and gf Sweet Potato cheesecake is amazing!!!! I would have never believed this kind of magic!!! How is this possible? I wonder how they achieve the full smooth rich taste and feel as traditional cheesecake recipes, an amazing mystery and a MUST buy!!!!

I tasted the vegan sweet potato cheesecake recently and can't get over how delicious it was! The crust was perfect, and the rich flavors are reminiscent of autumn - nice and cozy feeling. The kicker is that it is vegan and gluten-free. I thank you, Aisha, for this amazing creation. I finally understand why the traditional version of this cake is so popular.

I purchased a gluten free cake and it was delicious.

I had the pleasure of trying the Vegan Red Velvet Bundtlette and must say that AppleCore Bake Shoppe delivered once again. The bundtlette had a delicious icing in the center. The cake was moist and practically melted in my mouth. Next on the menu is the Vegan Sweet Potato Cheesecake and Vegan Pineapple Coconut Bundtlette.

Wooow! Today was my first visit to Apple Core's Bakery, and I'm so glad I went today. The flavor is amazing in all the deserts !! I loved each and every bite. I will be going back again soon. I was looking to support a dessert spot that is black owned and my client found Apple Core. I went there and got the lemon coconut cake. It had a genuine homemade taste. Not super sweet...just right to satisfy my sweet tooth And the owner is super sweet. She loves what she does and it shows. I love supporting a good business with great customer service.

I bought my wife the red velvet pound cake and it was delicious!!!!! The service was friendly and fantastic!! Will be ordering again!
