A truly incredible experience. Words do not describe how awful our food was, how long we had to wait, and how comedic our dining experience was. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet we had to wait an hour plus for water and our appetizers. Food came out an hour after we ordered them with a third of the items having issues. Fries were extremely stale, sauces are missing, and there were sauces that were supposed to be excluded. When we got our receipts, they printed 18 receipts! They were split incorrectly and half of them just had 1 item on it. Truly comedic how awful everything turned out to be. When we signed our receipts, one of the pens leaked all over our fingers.
Consistently the worst Applebees I don’t have the pleasure of going too. Today… I waited an extra 15 minutes for a pick up box code, walked in they said their system was down for texting codes… I can’t read minds you should proactively call and tell us to come in. This happened on 1/29/24 around 6:40pm et.
I came into the restaurant and no one acknowledged or tried to assist me with placing a carry out order. The bar was full of staff and no one knew where the carry out cashier was . Ridiculous
They sat us by the carry out door. It was freezing. I asked to move and they wouldn't move us out of the area because they rotate based on the server. We had our coats on and it was still freezing. The manager was not any help!
My recent visit here was a disappointment from start to finish. I felt unwelcome first walking in. My friend and I waited about 20 minutes until a host came out to seat us. Basic amenities like silverware were missing, and the initial table was dirty. The Mocktail I ordered didn’t arrive till after my main course, and the all-you-can-eat boneless wings were cold wings. The waitress brought another batch out and it was hot but barely any sauce on it. Efforts to speak to the manager were rebuffed with the excuse of him "cleaning the kitchen” Despite Tiara's attempts at reconciliation, offering a 10% discount, removing a mocktail charge, and comping the dessert and wings, the gestures fell short of addressing the overall poor service and dining experience.
If you decide to go here on a game night, be prepared to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes on getting a drink. I will admit that our server gave us fair warning that it would take that long… Luckily, I was smart enough to go ahead and tell her to put my order in for two drinks at the same time. I will give credit to the bartender whoever made my two Islands. After drinking them the 25 minute wait didn’t bother me so much.
The food is good. I normally do curbside pickup. Check your order because they mess up alot
