Man idk what it is about this place but ever since I was a jit this place makes a MEAN steak. **Just for reference, MEAN = very good.
I wouldn’t even give 1 star if possible. We were given our table, and then waited for 10 minutes before we were even spoken to. The service just seemed extremely disorderly. The appetizer tasted stale.
The slowest service i've recently experienced in a restaurant. I sat at a bar for about 8-15 minutes before anyone actually addressed me or tried to take my order. Two staff members looked at me saw me and walked way. After I finally got my order taken, the food came out and it was delicious. The waitress brought me the wrong drink at first. But did correct it and the lunch was overall very tasty. After the waitress took my empty plate , I had to wait another fifteen minutes or so before she would bring me The check. I had to request it. I firmly believe that if I had not said something, I could have walked out of the restaurant without paying the bill and no one would have noticed.
Nice environment and good service. My server Audri was very attentive and made sure my order was correct.
Food was nasty you can tell food was low quality, the cleanliness was terrible you can obviously see that they don't clean. The server was good but the place was empty. Must of the employees were sitting around talking instead of been productive. I believe their is room for improvement maybe they need to consider doing a change on management since everything falls on management. Overall I won't recommend this place!
Over the past couple years the quality of their food is gone down a bit. It used to be more flavorful and less dry and overcooked. Also their service has gone down a lot and I'm not just talking about wait staff. We ordered two dinners ....ribs with french fries for pickup. They forgot the french fries and it took them so long to deliver it to us that I was just in a hurry to get home. When I got home and actually opened up the two dinners there were no french fries, no sides at all. I called them up explain the situation to them they asked if we wanted to come in no I did not want to drive all the way back into town to pick up french fries. I shouldn't have to. She said she would send us a card to use on our next visit to reimburse for the French fries. She got my mailing address, verified it and said she would have it off in the mail the very next day. It's been a month still nothing. I think she was just saying that to get off the hook. We used to frequent Applebee's quite a bit. They've gone down so much that I think we're going to just go to a different restaurant. They're just like McDonald's your order is never right.
